1. Lengthy transaction process. B2B has a special type of customers; they don't decide to buy a product here and now. 4. High costs of retaining old customers and attracting new ones. This may be because the seller works in a highly competitive market and efforts must be made to be distinguished and stand out among other companies. For example, catering for employees may be organized by different firms that easily change when quality deteriorates or prices rise. The second reason is that the products or services are required by customers only once or twice, and in this case it is worth thinking about how to make the existing clients not just “disappear” from the horizon, but perhaps give recommendations to acquaintances. For example, the services of a lawyer to resolve issues in court can be used a couple of times, and afterwards, they can advise other companies.

5. Must work on the content. Clients, who are looking for a product or service, want to cover certain needs and can either be niche specialists, or are just trying to understand said topic. For the former, the content posted on the site will show the expertise of the seller, and for the latter, it will cover that need for information that they have.
